I don't disagree that it's a matter of when. But if the certification doesn't come out soon the volume could drop even more than it has- lack of interest etc.. Some people who don't have patience and bought at current levels will be moving on also (selling).. hence dropping the volume even more. Tweets won't do it either, need cert or excellent news to prevent this from sliding further. IMO
