While anything is possible, I believe 1000% their plan is to restart operations and go search for treasures. I was there as well when Madero breached the contract and I had a good relationship with Bobby and they were devastated as were the shareholders.
I believe they have been working with the groups of the puzzle, from investors/partners/ship contractors/foreign countries... to aggressively start going again. They have 8 years of planning under their belt.
They could have closed shop and started another company but they didn't and all UNDR shareholders would have been left with what we had after the breach... worthless stock. I want news about the lawsuit win but I really want the company to get the ships in the water and find treasure. I want to retire from having cheap shares explode into massive shares. Just the way I want this to work out.
