Agreed, alm. I will do my best to make the most of the arenas where I can exercise some degree of influence and control, and hopefully some positive momentum will yield a positive result in the end. Unfortunately that is little solace of all the bad things that have happened to date since Judge Du's original decision.
AMRN will either be a success in the EU or a flop by the time the infringement case makes it's way through the entire court system when you include appeals, which will happen regardless of who wins at the DC level - case won't be over until around 2024 unless Hikma and Healthnet settle, which I don't see happening. Hikma must feel like they're unbeatable now - they've won every case filed against them so far, including marjac's.
