Well, considering that Mike completely halted trading to announce the INTENTION to proceed with Facility B, one would think that ACTUALLY starting construction would warrant a Press Release.

Making a Press Release because they painted the men's room is a fluff piece. Making a press release because they have started construction on a facility which will increase production by 150% is not.
