Wrong. Filings do not have to be made by 6-30, to avoid anything. Not sure where you get that from, as companies need to be current by September to avoid possible delisting.

We do however expect the K to be filed this week and the remaining Q’s in the weeks after, possibly by 6-30, but possibly in July.
