Maybe you need a dictionary to determine the meaning of "good work", LOL!

The words "acquisition" and "disposition" are used by the OSC (SEDAR) to indicate that ... etc.

In the proper context, we know that when someone joins a company at a high level, they "acquire" stock as a grant! They don't rush out and buy them at street value. Anyone can do that.

So... BR's punctilious objection is clearly acting out his role as the board gadfly.
