I think so also, on the grounds they have not finished the opinion based on Remedy. I'm sure they already know what they must rule on as far the the constitution but as for Remedy, that's another story. They also have to consider what it could cause for up coming suits and passed opinions. This is a very very big opinion they have to be very carful they get it right or it will end up being another Roe v Wade........ Cluster Fxxk !!
I have long stated thompson never asked for enough and never went far enough. Yet everyone on this board thinks he is the best attorney ever. This case was so easy to win even a 1st term law student would have been able to win it. Because the case is so obvious scotus is looking to provide a remedy but they will not go far enough either.
I can’t even find a time that happened. War and the SC being wipeout is the only 2 reasons to carry over. Ain’t going to happen. How’s this post admin?
