I think so also, on the grounds they have not finished the opinion based on Remedy. I'm sure they already know what they must rule on as far the the constitution but as for Remedy, that's another story.
They also have to consider what it could cause for up coming suits and passed opinions. This is a very very big opinion they have to be very carful they get it right or it will end up being another Roe v Wade........ Cluster Fxxk !!
