Yes, the Judge was in over her Head and really 'blabbered some nonsense', during the hearing... She really had no jurisdiction to say anything what-so-ever about what happens at SDNY, because that matter before SDNY has nothing to do with this BK Case! So,IMO, there won't be anything in the written order about SDNY, because really there is nothing this Judge can 'Order' about SDNY...

SO, if there is no signed order and SDNY has not been withdrawn and tomorrow is the 21st ... I thought they had to reply by tomorrow.
