Well they seem pretty confident with their tweets lately, saying Spera vs all stablecoins by the end of the year. I also appreciate their focus on integrity and taking a stand against injustices in the system. I think it's far from over but I still have more dd to look into.

The disclosure from APTY since June 1st has been was 'APT Systems was working with the OTCmarkets, has already submitted its application for filing eligibility and paid all required fees'. 'We have been working hard on meeting OTC requirements for upgrading our Company to full OTC Pink reporting. We are expecting our profile to be updated anytime in the coming week'.

APTY is still NOT current with filing with OTCmarkets for full Pink Sheet reporting status. Impacted Pink companies should provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th.
