'We have been working hard on meeting OTC requirements for upgrading our Company to full OTC Pink reporting. We are expecting our profile to be updated anytime in the coming week'.

APTY is still NOT current with filing with OTCmarkets for full Pink Sheet reporting status. Impacted Pink companies should provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th.
