KMC-1, You are underestimating the potential PPS. At only 3B shares authorized, there will be a necessary “FORWARD” split in the future. I foresee an in crease in the A/S to 9B and a 3 for 1 forward split in order to accommodate the demand for the trading of shares. Jmho

Charles is a smart decent CEO. He cares about the ENZC company and shareholders other than himself. He will make enough monies for himself and his family and he will allow ENZC continue to grow when Charles decides to retire. There will be another great CEO stepping up to help Charles grow the company before Charles retires. There is a board of directors and Im very sure they are all aware of the charles's tenure and retirement in the future. Succession plan is in place, and Charles will remain to see the fruit of his labor. Look at examples of other companies, i.e, Bill Gate and his company

ENZC will grow from its current size to a much much bigger billion dollar company. As Chandra stated ENZC has the tool to find the cure to many diseases. This may someday become a 100 billions dollar biotech company.

eom (end of message). Im in the west coast, and im going to dinner now. Have a good weekend.

The comments and postings of an amateur…

Do you know what an asset is? Does the term balance sheet mean anything to you?

Is Intellectual Property Considered a Capital Asset?
https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/061715/intellectual-property-considered-form-capital-asset-within-company.asp

What Is Intellectual Property?

Intellectual property is a general term for the set of intangible assets owned and legally protected by a company from outside use or implementation without consent. Stemming from its ability to provide a firm with competitive advantages, defining IP as an asset aims to provide it the same protective rights as physical property. Obtaining such protective rights is critical as it prevents replication by potential competitors—a serious threat in a web-based environment or the mobile technology sector, for example.

An organization that owns IP can realize value from it in several ways, namely through utilizing it internally—for its own processes or provision of goods and services to customers—or sharing it externally. The latter can be achieved through legal mechanisms such as royalty rights.

I see what you did there. He he.

It looks like you and I will be in competition for Amateur of the Week, I think I won last week on the whole Intel vs. Intel Capital thing (although, after further DD, I still standby what I said).

Standby for more useless information from this guy!

Cheers!
