Where did former:Bioamber own a $145M dollar facility? The plant was built with creditor money, the creditor's wanted their return. Not to point out but $4.3M...anyone could have bought the entire thing outright for roughly $7.0M give or take before this was delisted, so why is $4.3M so "beyond comprehension" ?
Anyway.... the components "essential" as you keep repeating, were owned by a third party, a third party that is out of business. How would they (the third party) object if another company used them? LCYB resumed production long ago, the plant has been running for some time now. I mean, LCYB is "private", how would anyone know if LCYB was using 'those' specific components? The plant's running so they're using something... not to point out the obvious.
