That's by design.

I suggest those with just a little smarts try ta understand what a real Holding Company does. Shares for equity. Not massive convertible debt as was done by those Webber replaced. Those notes were bein pais with shares at a 70% discount from the bid.Webber acted ta save the friggin company from those spotlighted in the MOB ON WALL STREET article.

I can imaging 2 8k's that would start a snowball as big as any seen here on IH. This Colorado sht is just run a the mill bs for Webber.

If I were a co. with something of interest I'd be Talkin deal knowin that deal would do crazy pps things.
