yes this is very good news indeed, but it does not impact pebble which needs a new Joe FED License from his own people, to do business at pebble..
the analogy would be if Nak already had a license, having been approved, and then joe coming in and trying to take it back....so
it is apples and oranges and also tells you what maniacs he and his people are.
