Now, after late September's (perhaps October's) last Milestone Payment - MDT will all of a sudden take an equity stake ? Who is to say they don't make Titan raise another say $15M first and give em $25M upon successful human trial completion to get ready for FDA submission? Perhaps a BO comes after FDA submission and a mandated 1-3 r/s on Titan by MDT prior too...isn't that just as plausible ? There is not even a time listed for submission - it is a TBD because it is so far out at this stage. My point is nuttin is happening here for months
* Who really has the leverage BTW, especially if there are no other interested suitors in Titan (which is assuming MDT actually is interested)? MDT could get this for a song because of Dilly's Mgt and they will set that man up very well because paying off 1 guy in an immense way is far cheaper than paying Billions for an acquisition. All IMO
