Definitely not a scam. Guess we have a lot of panicked hands today coupled with our buddies at the hedge. Best thing to do is just wait it out like most people have been doing with this stock for a long time now.

Well, if it IS Unionbank doing the financing, I'd think that would lend some credibility, AND dispel the crap about being a 'scam'.........
