ralphey, I am in complete agreement. I just took your email that ES was charging more on the copays for 30 days instead of the 90 day. The 90 day is better for both parties.

Sounds like the patient is using the coupon, and instead of getting 3 months for $9, he's paying $9/mo - poor him! You said this was Express Scripts, right? They let me get 3 months at a time on their Part D plan, so I pay $35/mo whether I get 1 mo at a time or 3 mo at a time ($35 or $105).
