In this country you can do anything you want, but is it legal? Will it hold up? Only if someone challenges it does it become a problem.

Carter controls both UOIP and Chanbond - in the settlement agreement he can split the settlement anyway he wishes. Carter created UO! IP for more self enrichment. I agree with you but Carter never had any intention of sharing anything with the shareholders. I guy kept posting he talked to Carter and if Chanbond wins everyone wins. But we all know that wasn't true.

I think Carter can pull this off until shareholders file a lawsuit - the Judge isn't an ombudsman or advocate for the shareholders.
