No. Going with Occam on this one. It's just buyers and sellers agreeing on price at a given time. In this case we're talking about a low volume OTC penney stock, so no surprise it is divergent from IWM small cap index trends given the dearth of buyers and sellers.

Nope SC8 is correct. No one person holding this up.

Most investors here, apart from a minority few, have their forward looking glasses on and continue to hold and accumulate LQMT.

The minority few might get a thrill from 0.0005 drop from 0.08, but the lions share of LQMT are owned and held by those who believe in Li, the company, and the direction we are moving.

The make me rich NOW bunch, are the only ones that have already sold out. And it’s the minority group!
