Not saying it can't be traded, but ANDI doesn't exist anymore -- no company -- no directors -- no business operations. The SEC has not ended its investigation. So yeah, a trade can yield a gain but there is no fundamental reason this will ever see anything near a penny again. I'll be shocked it it sees .002 even with a full force pump. However, once the SEC completes its enforcement action and the shell can be sold to whomever wants it, that's a different story. But I suspect that is a long way away, IMO.
