Certainly possible but if there is a timing conflict, a new entity might solve it. Like I said, it is a highly conjectural theory. Too many unknowns to evaluate its usefulness accurately.
The only thing that makes it a useful theory is the possible timing conflict (June 30, aug 1). Realistically, whoever is pulling the strings knows what must happen, when it must happen, and surely have had a plan in place for years.
