Bullshit. You don't waste an opportunity to attack now do you? I have you on ignore so I don't waste my time with you, but when it's a second hand attack under the guise of helping someone, I saw it and felt the need to respond.
Downloading a browser, just to try one of it's features, then to uninstall it isn't a waste of time. About 10 minutes maybe.
Same as your advice, it was only a means to a simple bypass. If it didn't work, then don't keep it.
By the way, going through your proxy page isn't the safest. Read the fine print in their disclaimer.
