Camping, something I miss, the Canadian way of camping. Wilderness, a lake or a river and your tent planted a long way from the next camper or getting there by canoe in which case the next closest camper is 1/2 a mile away.

YES! I'm not a camper, but your idea of camping sounds awesome to me. I watch several camping/wilderness videos on Youtube. (camping vicariously through others)

One of the guys is a Canadian ham radio operator. He goes out into the middle of nowhere, and tries to make contacts around the world.
