Rosen and the WMILT only speaks for WMILT assets in court today. Of course there is nothing left in the WMILT as mentioned in the court, as those assets in their SEC docs have been liquidated. BK remote, like Justin Nelson’s attempt, are irrelevant to this court. You won’t hear about!
If I remember correctly and I may not, Rosen asked the court to do so previously. Because of AG, the court agreed to leave them in place. Rosen keeps mentioning that the escrows were created only to facilitate distribution of shares available from the WMILT. Since that has been completed, the escrows , according to Rosen, no longer have any value.
