Do you actually believe that they would admit in court that there will be distributions from MBS's. Bankruptcy court is a farcical court where assets miraculously appear later when everything is sealed and done. K-mart comes to mind!

Observation/Question;



If escrows are to be paid via bankruptcy remote assets, then why would there be any discussions in BK court on this subject since "bk remote"
means outside the bk?

Am I missing something here? Anyone?

There's no money for equity! Understand! Rosen HAS to say this, if not, the number of "potential" creditors would be endless.
