The Only Caveat Here is that the Naked Short Shares can be loaned out 1 or 1000 or 10,000 times; the very same share. This is why they are so hard to track down and prove. Ultimately these all Must Be Covered 1 or 1000 or 10,000!!!!!

They are never usually caught because most of the micro caps / OTC Stock would wind up going Bankrupt and then the NSS never have to be covered.

They got greedy and started going after bigger company’s on the Nasdaq and NYSE and resorted to the Dark Pools to hide these NSS in their 2nd Set of Books!!!
