The Only Caveat Here is that the Naked Short Shares can be loaned out 1 or 1000 or 10,000 times; the very same share. This is why they are so hard to track down and prove. Ultimately these all Must Be Covered 1 or 1000 or 10,000!!!!!

How do you loan out a Naked short share if it has no ID# or Serial#?

Dollar bills have ID#/Serial# in comparison, so you can loan them out and get them back. How does that work with shares?
Also dollar bills do not change their value thru time, shares do change in value thru time. Another monkey wrench to your concept explanation.
