wcheng....If I read correctly the motion of Ramos of the WMILT trust, the escrow markers are a tool and have no intrinsic value and do not in an of themselves going to be a payout for holders of them...now, I believe that along with us holders, Willingham should have a bundle of them as well as Bonderman, and some other big hitters, so I guess they will go down in flames too...However, AZ Cowboy has intimated that we will be paid from performing trusts, or whatever is backing those escrows in our account...I gotta believe Ramos, because if he says there is no money in the trust to pay escrow holders, then who will pay us later on when wmilt is officially closed?...will coop pay us?..they already stated that therein no connection to wmilt?... will WMI pay us?... well, thats what Alice is trying to find out in the SDNY motion to see who is WMI and its officers and capitalization...if Wmi moved those SH assets, then the Trust has nada, and maybe there is no trust after all... the estate went poof gondi, and out of reach of the estate holders...I really never thought that these guys would ever disclose the whereabouts and the amount of their residual assets to the estate holders... it was up for grabs, because when Sussman died, there went all the representation for equity holders...what bothers me most, and gives me some hope for escrow recovery is that Mike Willingham might hold his shares to this day...of course he might have sold them long ago, as did the others, and thats why they keep quiet about recovery...I hope AZCowboy is right about escrow recovery, but we will see tomorrow what the judge and Ramos say....13 years with no return is a massive waste of ones time....Lodas
