lizzy, I just do not believe JT left of his own accord or that he picked his replacement. From day 1 KM may have been hired to replace JT. After the patent loss and JT sounding defeated, the board must have known the future and possibly only hope was the EU. I am sure the board had a hand in hiring KM knowing JT wasn't going to move too the EU nor did he have any experience there and that they would need a new CEO soon assuming no BO.

When he said “pleased” with everything they did and then corrected himself to say “proud”, consistent with the wording he used when he spoke to Yee, my thought was counsel has tried to keep him on message. Who, in their right mind would be pleased or proud of the mess he’s left KM to clean up?
