Correct. Nothing has been confirmed. IMO when the decision was made to NOT purchase the patent, they were setting a different course for the company. Perhaps the raising of funds has also been cancelled and the decision to grow organically was made.
Time will tell.
Either way, a firm base is being built from which to launch to higher levels...
