No. It doesnt work that way. It's simple mathematics.

Although It is true that sub-penny stocks can move more exponentially as compared to 'real stocks'. For example, a stock priced at .0001 may easily go up to .0002 with a single trade (100%). However, a stock priced at $10 is highly unlikely to go to $20 with a single trade (100%). This is one the features of sub-penny stocks that so many common people find fascinating.

Imagine a stock that has infinite shares. It would take an infinite amount of $$ or purchasing power for the stock price to still never move up.

Now imagine a stock with just one share...I could name my price with just one interested buyer.
