I never got proxy statement or control number either is there a chance we can get one when registration opens in 30 minutes. I’ve been a shareholder from the beginning and any correspondence from LQMT has always been inconsistent at best (no surprise there).

Without a control number we may not be able to listen to live and have to get news after the fact. Any ideas if maybe control numbers can be shared?

Was able to read proxy on line in pdf format but there were some deadlines that had to be met in order to get a control # I believe and they passed in May. Oh well fingers are crossed and hoping for the best but expecting the least. Maybe this time will be different, deja vu all over again as Yogi liked to say. TWT&GLTALongs
