It still should not take this long and if so then the 2019 fins they last filed are incorrect because that is where it took place.

So, CS paid $1,000 for CHII, which was all the company was worth, per the valuation. But, for taking the company, he received 1,000,000 SOLI shares, and $50,000 in cash--which was not even enough to cover CHII's debt of $1,526,750. Something about this doesn't add up.
