They don’t have to report anything. They have no SEC obligations since they dropped off, hence dark. OTCM is simply a market place and not a regulatory agency, so reporting is voluntary if you want a current status, but that means financials. On the other hand SEC can move them to grays since it’s a dead ticker with a CE designation.
