I agree a lil except that's a shotty excuse for this. People use this exact line around the holiday season too.

This is here because frankly they threw a ton of 8Ks while toxic financers dumped all over it. All the excitement left and now they need some major catalyst to even break .05. Assuming they don't dump into this again of course. Not exactly favorable. Auditors are working just the same, hard to imagine they're in vacation mode with how strict the OTC wants tickers to be current, etc and soon.
