PPS of $PLYN was @ 1.59 end of day June 30th 2020. Share count on June 30th 2020 was 34,366,758 per the 10q.

Fast forward today, PPS of $PLYN is .07 with a share count of 35,973,557 as of 5-25-21.

Just a 1,606,799 share difference, around 100 million shares traded within that year time frame I would guess. IMO, not from convertibles.

10k last year showed 50% held by insiders, 10k is due in 3 weeks if no NT-10k is filed if I am not mistaken.
