This information about a TA came to us via a third party which may or may not be accurate.
Personally I don’t believe a single word of it.
Our brokerage account has all the info needed, we don’t need to do anything like getting the amont of shares notarized.
The only action require by BC is to send the funds to our brokerage firm, and voila it’s done.
Anything else is another make up story to walk away with the loot

Either of our views are valid. Mine is a little less dire, the statement was direct enough. Hope it is revealed by July 9.
