Another silly attempt to stop what will be built.

There are legal remedies which prevent what this organization is trying to do to deny a "legal right of use" of one's property.

This is especially true where the use of the land serves to ensure an uninterruptible access to a significant source of industrial metals, including rare and other critical minerals, vital for national defense.
