I was wondering about that too. From what I see on Schwab, they last filed in 2007. I am a little confused about something. Another company that I have owned for a long time, Santa Fe Gold (SFEG), got it's registration revoked after failing to file for a much shorter time than ASPT. Those shares sit in my account identified by a number, rather than a symbol, and can't be traded. I wonder what was different there.

Meanwhile, someone is buying ASPT again, with a high today of 1.5 cents. After selling out completely a while back I bought 100K shares at a low price (maybe 0.004), and I was cleaned out today at 0.008 and 0.009. That was fun, but with this Sept 28 thing coming up, I might be done.
