The MM's will try to shake the tree like they always do to test how strong the investor support is. This time it is different though because no one knows when filings are going to drop. Henry said the auditor is currently working on the filing and the auditor's timeframe he gave Henry was off but we don't know how much maybe a week. Go $PHIL

I don’t think that will happen, as anyone who knows a little about PHIL, knows “current” on Friday was an impossibility. The only thing that is expected next is the 2020 K, which is a step towards getting current, but not what gets us current.

The date still favors PHIL to be current by end of June, IF the K posts by 6-16, so the Q’s have time to be filed a couple of weeks after.

If we get past the 16th with no K, I would say current by end of June is likely not possible.

Again, there is nothing magical about June 30, as getting current in July makes no difference, but obviously the sooner the better for all of us.
