IMO at least (like in most cases) there will be a deal! But anyway, any form of publicity is good for us old shareholders. It can only become better! ;-)
IF Judge MJW is corrupt and 'complicit with the hoodwinking by UW and WMI-LT & BR" she will approve "Re-opening this BK Case" and will do the BIdding of Ramos/WMI-LT/UW as she is nothing but a "Puppet" of WMI-LT/UW.
IF, on the other hand she is her independent self, trying still to 'maintain a semblance of Impartiality and Equal Justice", then she will deny this attempt by WMI-LT/UWs to re-open th BK to pursue "Vindictive Actions' against the Defendant.
