Could be. However, if there is any association between EPA level and CV which was demonstrated in REDUCE-IT EPA (https://www.acc.org/latest-in-cardiology/articles/2020/03/24/16/41/mon-1045-eicosapentaenoic-acid-levels-in-reduce-it-acc-2020), it is reasonable to expect association or some trend in top fertile of achieved EPA group in STRENGTH trial too. That's why I am curious about inhibiting effect of DHA and EPA/DHA ratio.
