Did anyone in the LT get paid that were in class 19 & 22? There were 5 times she tried to bring burden of proof to court, twice under judge walrat and three times appeals court and lost. She gets the same result. Here is the question you should be asking, the deal was made and closed about March 2013.... why wait 6 years to fight this just before the bk closure?
