Actually, that assessment is incorrect. ~HMBL was at 0.5 and after the split they went to 2. The reverse split had no direct impact on their price. I say this because their charts are consistent with ENZCs. Since November, HMBL has traded 2x ENZCs price, and after the split they have consistently traded 8x the price. The fact that HMBL dropped is the same fact that we dropped and virtually every OTC dropped, it was market driven. Eitherway, this is one anecdotal evidence that RS don't have to have a negative impact. A RS only has a negative impact due to self-fulfilling prophecies of uneducated investors that can't tell the price is increased proportionally to the share count decrease to keep the MC at the same value. A RS is perceived as negative because most penny junk scams do this so they can dilute, RS, dilute, RS, etc.
In our case if there were a RS, it would obviously be to get a price bump to meet NASDAQ requirements. Also, there is 0% chance a forward split would happen, there is no logical reason why it would.
Anyways, hope everyone had a great day! More fun in the coming days, weeks as we hit some key milestones.
