It’s over a 1 week period that they were issued as I track the week end shares week over week. The restricted can be issued at any time for a deal or contract that is required. This means we need to dig into who just got shares to see if we can find the source and the deal. I will do some checking this weekend. With us so close to current it would not surprise me to see more issued for the deals in motion.
