Why did MSMY need to amend all previous posted filings ?

STILL need revised legal opinion to follow ALL amended filings...OTC expects chronological order for filings.

SO OTC does work and approve filings...just saying

SO assume until new counsel letter uploaded, nothing changes..be another 3-5 business days onve revised letter uploaded ??

Discrepancey is Counsel stated MSMY is a SHELL, company states otherwise !
HAVE to be stated same for filings IMO
