they said it takes 3-5 business day because of Monday being a holiday next Monday will be 5 working days, and the stop sign should go Yield or removed. OTC does not have to do much, they do not need to verify anything, this is why they ask for a council opinion so they would not have liability, kind smart to save them time approving the fillings.
