Unfortunately, this one looks like it is done.

There is a lot of profit taking. The sell volume is 50% greater than the buy volume. Volume is dropping. The company has been dark for years and probably won't PR anything. They probably won't be able to collect on that $16 million anytime soon (if at all). And if they don't start to file fins by the end of the month, then they will be demoted to the Grey / Expert market.
