you have described it beautifully and well thought out but I have 1 comment and 1 question, Koos is very weak in the mediation, the opposing party now also knows which way the wind is blowing and therefore has a trump card, and if they are going to be bought out to what amount do you think per share

Great post. I see us going current first. Second, a settlement with lawsuit followed by a buy out or deal of some sort. Maybe just wishful thinking.
